One of the most important things for me in my own apartment is the kitchen. To me the kitchen is a place to calm down, to cook for friends and family and to generally hang out. (Even to read.) I really like to imagine what it will look like, even if right now I have no idea what the actual room will be like.

In my dream I would have a giant kitchen with a huge table and lots of different chairs, decorated with colorful pillows and blankets to sit on and enough space for everyone to sit down and enjoy themselves. But then again I really love small apartments with lots of magical little corners, filled with tiny things to explore and to smile at. You will be my guest, when the time has come, will you?

5 things I am grateful for today:

•  Rain pouring down while I sit and work inside. Hmmm, perfect day.
• Tibetian Tsampa for breakfast. I missed the taste of it so much!
• Listening to this song
• Hanging out with the Vanillery Garden family even before the official chat starts at 5pm soon. Everyone is so nice and happy, I could send out hugs for days!!!
• Spending the day in pjs. Haven´t done that in ages. *sigh*
• Extra one: Receiving phone calls from my little 5-year old friend Livia. She can´t read, but she somehow managed to make the call and tell me that I should come over to visit her again soon and that she will make a surprise for me. Isn´t that the cutest?
